Our educators have a holistic approach to the wellbeing of your child, within a happy, safe and engaging environment that fosters the development of your child’s strengths and interests.
We respect the integral role of educators in the life of children and the consistency of these relationships and therefore retention of staff is a top priority. We genuinely care for our team members and actively support their ongoing training and development through the provision of quality training, development and learning opportunities. Our educators enjoy generous employment benefits.
It is of fundamental importance to the provision of high quality early education to foster a workplace where our educators are happy and supported, enabling them to flourish and to be the best they can be. Our people are supported by the Rosie's Team Culutre framework. Our team values mean that we are passionate, honest, enthusiastic, thoughful, caring and respectful. As a team we are committed to:
-
a willingness to develop and learn;
-
listening to feedback, reflecting and making change;
-
engaging in discussion and critical reflection
-
being accountable;
-
being solution focussed and following through;
-
helping each other and;
-
finding value in difference.
Our educators are all fully qualified and from time to time we may employ a trainee/apprentice who is currently undertaking studies to become qualified. All educators hold Blue Cards, current First Aid and CPR Certificates, Asthma and Anaphylactic training. These certificates are updated regularly. Additional educators may be employed to assist children with Additional Needs.
Information about our educators is displayed in the foyer which includes their name, qualification and group/s of children they work with.
When your child commences at Rosies your family will be introduced to our entire team. Photos of our team are displayed throughout the centre and they are all willing to assist at anytime.
